VIDEO VOYEURISM of 11 y/o victim, 52 y/o from NPR arrested!

Pasco Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a 52-year-old New Port Richey man Wednesday in connection to a video voyeurism case involving an 11-year-old victim. Robbie Dean Smith, 52, is charged with video voyeurism, a second-degree felony, that took place on January 15 inside a Wesley Chapel Goodwill.

Smith was seen kneeling near an 11-year-old girl with his cellphone camera aimed under her dress while the child was playing with a toy inside the store and unaware of Smith’s presence. Witnesses said they heard the click of his camera, indicating he had taken a photo. As Smith left the location, his vehicle was photographed and detectives were able to track him down. Smith admitted to the actions, was arrested, and taken to the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center. He was released after paying a $10,000 bond.
