A Land O’ Lakes couple was arrested late Saturday night and charged with three counts of child neglect. Liz Marie Diaz-Riveria, 23, and Joshua Vazquez-Aliers, 23, are each charged with three counts of child neglect.
The pair went shopping at a Lutz Walmart leaving three children, ages 2, 2, and 1, alone in a Pasco County home unsupervised. Deputies found one of the children in a playpen with a soiled diaper and an empty bottle. Also inside the home were several loaded guns in plain view.
