Dereck Rivera, a convicted sex offender, is not supposed to have internet access or to be in contact with minors, according to the terms of his probation. The search of his phone revealed he has been accessing the internet visiting sites like FaceBook, Instagram and YouTube since his release. He has also been in contact with an 8 year old minor.
