21 year old Alongkot “Kevin” Phongsy has been arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition on victims under the age of 18. This, after an investigation regarding an ongoing series of cases in the Seven Oaks Community in Wesley Chapel.
Over the past few weeks four victims of varying ages at varying times reported that the defendant, Alongkot “Kevin” Phongsy exposed his genitals and masturbated in their presence in public areas such as the community nature trail, parks, or at the community clubhouse.
Contact was made with the District Manager of Seven Oaks CDD who authorized a trespass warning for the defendant from all Seven Oaks community parks, trails, and the community clubhouse.
